Come learn postures and poses that help with gaining flexibility and strength and in learning to still the body and mind while meditating on God’s word. This practice incorporates the aspects of a healthy physical and spiritual lifestyle by encouraging quiet time with God.
This class is an “all levels” class, so whether you have been exercising for some time or just beginning, you are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (mats will be available if needed for $5 each). Our class is led by Certified Yoga Instructor, Angie Claud.
